Takshvi — Digital transformation agency

Independent by design.

Most agencies solve every problem with the same tool, because it’s the only one they own. We hold no allegiance to any platform — so the recommendation you receive is the one we would give you if we had nothing to sell.

A 30-minute consultation. A written recommendation. No obligation, and no proposal unless you ask for one.

Platform-agnostic by structure

Certified across every major platform we build on.

Who we work with

B2B, SaaS, healthcare, manufacturing and ecommerce brands.

Why a Platform-Agnostic Digital Agency Gives Better Recommendations

How we are structured

We have
nothing
to protect.

“The only recommendation worth having is one the adviser gains nothing from.”

Agencies defend their platform because their business depends on it. Ours does not.

We hold certifications across every technology we deliver on, and our commercial position is unchanged by which one we recommend.

So the assessment you receive is the assessment we would give a friend.

Specialisation is rational, and depth compounds. It simply cannot be disinterested. Takshvi was built to sit outside that constraint.

See the framework we use to decide

What is a platform-agnostic digital agency?

A platform-agnostic digital agency holds delivery capability and certification across multiple technology platforms, and has no commercial incentive attached to recommending any single one. The recommendation is determined by business requirements — technical fit, team capacity, budget, and growth horizon — rather than by the agency’s own capability.

How to Choose the Right Website Platform: HubSpot, Webflow, Shopify or WordPress

The selection framework

Where each platform fails.

Platform selection is not a matter of preference. It is a matter of matching five variables to a small number of architectures.

Below is the framework we run on every engagement, including the conditions under which we advise against each platform we are certified to build on.

01

Commercial model

What the site is actually for. Lead generation, transaction, credibility, or retention — each requires a different architecture.

02

Content volume and velocity

How much content exists, how fast it grows, and who publishes it. This determines the CMS more often than any other factor.

03

System dependencies

What the platform must connect to — CRM, ERP, inventory, billing, support. Integration depth is where most projects fail.

04

Team capability after handover

Who maintains this in eighteen months, and what they can realistically do without a developer.

05

Time horizon

What the build must survive. A two-year runway and a ten-year platform decision are not the same problem.
Filter by commercial model

HubSpot CMS

HubSpot CMS Development · CRM-integrated websites

Recommended when

The website and the CRM must operate as a single system. Every page view, form submission and content interaction needs to reach the revenue team as usable data.

Typical fit

B2B companies, SaaS, professional services running sales and marketing on HubSpot.

We advise against it when

Visual differentiation is the primary commercial lever, or the operation is transaction-led. HubSpot CMS is not the strongest choice for either.

Webflow

Webflow Development · Design-led marketing sites

Recommended when

Visual identity is a genuine competitive advantage, and the marketing team needs full editorial control without engineering support.

Typical fit

SaaS, professional services, and brands where design quality signals company quality.

We advise against it when

The content library exceeds roughly a thousand entries, or native CRM integration is required from day one. WordPress and HubSpot handle those conditions better.

Shopify

Shopify Development · Commerce architecture

Recommended when

Selling products is the primary purpose of the site, and checkout, inventory and payment reliability determine commercial outcomes.

Typical fit

D2C brands, retail, subscription commerce.

We advise against it when

Content is the primary engine and commerce is secondary. WordPress with WooCommerce offers more control in that configuration.

WordPress

WordPress Development · Content and ownership at scale

Recommended when

Scale, extensibility and full infrastructure ownership matter more than speed of initial delivery.

Typical fit

Content-heavy organisations, complex resource libraries, regulated industries requiring hosting control.

We advise against it when

No one internally will own maintenance and security. An unmaintained WordPress installation becomes a liability rather than an asset.

The fifth outcome

None of the above

Occasionally the assessment concludes that no existing platform fits the requirement — because the workflow is genuinely specific, the integration surface is unusual, or the commercial model has no template. We say so, and we scope the custom build accordingly.

A framework that cannot return this answer is not a framework. It is a menu.

The framework produces a recommendation in a single conversation.

Capabilities

Everything after the decision.

Not sure which of these applies? The assessment establishes that before any scope is written.

Let’s discuss your project

Senior-Led Digital Agency: Direct Access to the Team Building Your Project

How we staff

No delegation.

In most agencies, the people who win the work and the people who do the work are different people.

This is not a scandal. It is the economics of scale. Growth requires that senior time be spent on acquisition, and delivery be handed to whoever is available.

The expertise you evaluated is not the expertise you receive.

We operate on a different model. The people who assess your requirement are the people who architect the solution and remain on it through delivery. There is no handover to a delivery team, because there is no separate delivery team.

This limits how many engagements we can hold at once. We regard that as the cost of the model rather than a problem to be solved.

Commitments

Continuity of personnel

The team that scopes the work delivers it. Named individuals, identified before contract.

Direct access

Communication runs to the people building, not through an account layer.

Documented decisions

Every architectural and strategic decision is recorded with its reasoning. Available to you at any point, and after.

Three months of hypercare

Included in every engagement. Post-launch is when implementations fail; we remain present through it.

Transferable ownership

Source code, documentation and platform access transfer to you. Nothing is held as leverage.

Neither model is wrong. They suit different requirements, and different budgets. This one suits work where the thinking matters as much as the output.

The method

Nothing is built
on an assumption.

Twelve weeks across five stages, each with a defined output, a named owner and a sign-off before the next begins. Select a stage to see what it produces — and what it requires from you.

WEEK 1 WEEK 1 OF 12 WEEK 12 · LAUNCH

We establish what the engagement is genuinely for — commercial objective, audience, existing systems, internal capability, and the definition of success at six and eighteen months. The platform recommendation is formed here.

  • Project brief
  • Platform recommendation with reasoning
  • Scope document

  • Stakeholders who can make decisions
  • Existing analytics and CRM data
  • Two to three hours of senior time

What happens when the scope changes?

It usually does. Changes are assessed against schedule and cost, written up, and presented before any work begins. Nothing is absorbed silently and nothing appears unannounced on an invoice.

About Takshvi Agency: A Senior-Led Digital Transformation Agency

About Takshvi

Longevity is a design decision.

Takshvi is a senior-led digital transformation agency working across web development, CRM implementation, search visibility and automation for B2B and consumer brands. Established 2019, based in London.

There is a failure pattern common to digital projects, and it is rarely visible at launch.

The site goes live and performs. The CRM is configured and demonstrated. The campaigns run. Then the agency leaves, and within a year the platform has drifted, the CRM holds data nobody trusts, and no one internally can explain why anything was built the way it was.

The work was not bad. It was built to be delivered rather than built to be kept.

Takshvi was established to work the other way. We specify for the second and third year of a system’s life rather than for its launch week, and we document every decision so the reasoning survives our involvement.

Request a Digital Strategy Assessment — Written Recommendation Within Five Days

The assessment

Thirty minutes, and a document you keep.

The assessment is a single conversation followed by a written recommendation: the platform we would specify, the sequence we would follow, and the approximate investment required.

It is yours regardless of whether you engage us. Several organisations have used it to brief another agency. That is an acceptable outcome.

What the recommendation contains

  • The platform or architecture we would specify, and why
  • The sequence of work, with indicative timelines
  • An investment range for the scope discussed
  • Anything we think you should address before building at all
